A Brief History

Janirs International Residential School & Junior College is India's latest and recently built residential school with state-of-the-art technology and is thus at par with reputed residential schools in the world.

JANIRS owes its existence to the vision and foresight of a few philanthropists who are successful in their own chosen fields of profession not only because of their knowledge and skill but also due to their attitude and commitment to help the downtrodden, provide quality education and excel in whatever they attempt to do.

Ms. Homai Wadia
(Principal)

Homai Wadia has an MA and an MEd and has been involved in education for over three decades. A keen learner herself, she is  always ready to try innovative methods to enable children to learn better. She has to her credit several awards in teaching including the Swedish Peace  Prize. She has been an enthusiastic sportsperson, representing Uttar Pradesh in swimming, hockey & basketball. She is a spirited team person whose forte is to create an enviornment that motivates children to perform to their full potential.
