LEARNING STRATEGY
A carefully screened and motivated staff is appointed and oriented
in-house to design an enriching educational experience for students.
This experience includes:
- Multi-disciplinary and Integrated Learning
- Explorative and Experiential
Learning
- Research and Mini Project methods and
- Experiential learning
through first-hand observation on visits to NGOs, corporate units
and PSUs.
An explorative method of teaching is adopted to increase self-confidence
and improve communication skills.
Projects are given to students who would need to do their research
in the library with Books, VCDs, CD ROMs or Videos.
Findings presented to the class using multimedia techniques.
Teachers closely oversee the presentation style, body language,
speech delivery and the content.
CHILD CENTERED EDUCATION
All our students hail from differing backgrounds and educational
boards. To compensate for these variations, children are given
personal attention and customised instruction.
To help children learn at their own pace, every class is divided
into three categories and tutored under different programs called-
- Enhancement program
Where slow learners are given additional inputs
- Development program
Where normal achievers are groomed
- Distinction program
Where high achievers are encouraged to reach their maximum potential.
